Article 1. Agreement & Offers

                                                                         

1.1 All Chevalier Wines offers are without obligation and Chevalier Wines expressly reserves the right to change the prices, in particular if this is necessary on the basis of (legal) regulations, or if there are publication or printing errors.   

1.2 An agreement is only concluded after acceptance of your order by Chevalier Wines. Chevalier Wines is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless expressly stated otherwise. We will not process orders placed by persons under eighteen (18) years of age.

 

Article 2. Delivery Conditions

2.1 All orders & inquiries can be sent to info@chevalierwines.nl or by Whatsapp message at +31 (0) 627592796

2.2 Wines should be ordered in multiples of 3 bottles, fewer bottles or sample bottles can be sent by request, please contact us for the possibilities.

2.3 From 42 bottles there is no delivery charge within the Netherlands. For all other orders the delivery cost is €15 exclusive of BTW (21%).

2.4 Orders within Utrecht can be sent same day if ordered by 12pm, though we appreciate at least 24 hours notice.

2.5 Orders outside of Utrecht can be sent the next working day. We do however kindly ask that all orders are in by no later than Wednesday evenings at 20:00h for Friday delivery.

2.6 Please confirm your delivery window upon ordering. We do not ship Saturday to Monday*

2.7 Shipping costs are organised in consultation for international orders and remain quantity dependent. A 50% deposit is to be made before departure.

 

Article 3. Rates and Payments

                                                                           

3.1 The prices stated for the products and services offered are in euros (EUR€), including VAT (21%) and excluding handling and shipping costs, any taxes or other levies, unless stated otherwise or agreed in writing.               3.2 Payment can be made by bank transfer or by any major credit card.

3.3 Chevalier Wines will only proceed with delivery after payment has been received by Chevalier Wines

 

Article 4. Returns & Liability

4.1 You have the obligation to check on delivery whether the products comply with the agreement. If this is not the case, you must inform Chevalier Wines by email within five calendar days after delivery, in writing and with reasons. If it is demonstrated that the products do not comply with the agreement, Chevalier Wines has the choice to replace the products concerned with new products upon return or to refund the invoice value thereof.

4.2 If you do not wish to keep a completed purchase of a product for whatever reason, you have the right to return the product to Chevalier Wines within 7 calendar days providing the product is undamaged/unopened. Returns will be at the expense of the purchaser. The purchase amount (excluding. shipping costs) will be refunded.

 

Article 5. Miscellaneous

5.1 Your satisfaction is important to us, do not hesitate to contact us to let us know of any questions or remarks related to your order. We will always do our best to respond within 24h of your contacting us.

5.2 You can order from us per bottle or put together a box yourself

5.3 Remember to store your wines in a cool space, at a stable temperature and away from light and humidity

5.4 Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, please consume in moderation
