The lighter counterpart of "Zamble" with only a difference in vinification. Half semi carbonic maceration and half directly pressed. Light bodied energetic red approaching a rosé in style at only 11% with an ultra refreshing palate that passes to structure and length. Cassis and sour cherry with notes of underripe plum. Tangy red fruit & fresh cut herbs remain in the mouth with soft bitters and short finish.
