New cult target born from the collaboration of Bizkai-Barne and Imanol Garay. Txakoli from a single plot, located in Balmaseda, with very low yields. Organic farming in the vineyard and little intervention in the winery. The style is faithful to the Imanol philosophy, there is a desired oxidation in the elaboration, very slow alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts after which it is aged in stoneware amphorae and French oak barrels. The wine has not been filtered, stabilized, or clarified. Txakolí different and tremendously original, it has an oxidative and complex nose, it is gaining in nuances with the aeration with a very straight and sharp mouth, with a lot of tension, salinity and sapidity. hazelnuts, dried apricots, tobacco and white balsamic.
