Delivery & Collection

General Delivery Conditions

  • We would on order exclusively, please send us an email at info@chevalierwines.nl

  • We work with insured shipping through Vinologix, transport is handled by DPD

  • All orders are collected and shipped twice weekly on Wednesdays & Fridays*

  • Our delivery options are as follows:

Collection: Free

​

  • All orders can be collected from the shop at Nieuwegracht 37 werfkelder in Utrecht, during regular opening hours from Wednesday to Sunday. Please allow us at least 2 hours for us to arrange your order. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

  • Orders made after 18h will be ready for the collection the next working day.

Utrecht

​

Same Day Local Delivery (Peddler): 6 EUR / Free on orders over 90 EUR

  • Applies to orders delivered within Utrecht at the postal codes (see below).

  • Order by 16:00 to receive your purchase the same day.

  • Orders received after 16:00 will be sent the following day.

  • Deliveries are made via our courier partners between 15:00-19:00, Monday to Saturday

  • Local delivery applies to the following postal codes within Utrecht:

Your package will be delivered in the time period specified by you. You can follow the status of the delivery via the Track & Trace link that you will receive by email.

 

Netherlands

DPD Standard Domestic: 9 EUR / Free on orders over 150 EUR

  • Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery.

  • Delivery between 9:00-17:00, Tuesday to Saturday

  • Please note, any webshop orders made after 16h on Friday evening will not arrive until Tuesday of the following week at the earliest.

 

Europe

Standard EU Delivery (Zone 1): 15 EUR / Free on orders over 200 EUR

  • Zone 1: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Monaco

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery

  • Delivery between 9:00-17:00, Monday to Saturday

  • Please note, purchases made after 16:00 on Friday and during the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday at the earliest

  • We do not guarantee a time of arrival for parcels sent within Europe nor do we assume costs for damage in transit*

Standard EU Delivery (Zone 2): 20 EUR / Free on orders over 250 EUR

  • Zone 2: Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Serbia, Sweden, Ukraine.

  • Please allow 4-6 business days for delivery

  • Delivery between 9:00-17:00, Monday to Saturday

  • Please note, purchases made after 16:00 on Friday and during the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday at the earliest

  • We do not guarantee a time of arrival for parcels sent within Europe nor do we assume costs for damage in transit*

 

Rest of World

DPD Standard Worldwide Delivery: 50 EUR

  • Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery

  • Delivery between Monday to Saturday

  • We do not guarantee a time of arrival for international parcels nor do we assume costs for damage in transit. 

  • Please note that any extra taxes added by destination countries are the customer's full responsibility*
